The Hub is a community and cross-marketing centre and we are leasing 12 office spaces to the local business community. Each business has their own space for a desk, client chairs, and secured filing cabinets. It can be decorated as you wish! The vast, open space is a perfect place for any supplier or service provider to showcase their work. The Hub is managed by a full-time staff administrator who is onsite Monday to Friday.

The Hub itself is a community and cross marketing centre. With 12 other businesses carefully juxtaposed in one location, together we are a source of support, community involvement and cross marketing centre.
The Hub offers a full boardroom, equipped with a white board, blackboard, projector, beverage centre, extended tables and chairs. It is perfect for group meetings, seminars, classes or for a large working area.
One of the greatest family friendly benefits is the secure children’s centre for staff or clients to either bring their children to work with them or for clients to bring their kids and still be able to conduct business. The kid’s area is secured and monitored so one can watch their children on camera while conducting business at The Hub. Numerous activities, toys, colouring books, movies, etc., are all provided.
Full -Time Office Administrator:
The Hub is managed by a full-time staff administrator who is onsite Monday to Friday. The administrator is available to book meeting rooms, assist in event planning, receive and route calls, receive mail and packages, assist with information on particular businesses, general clean up, client assistance with all incoming guests. The administrator alone will save your business anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000 a month!
The Hub is secured by video surveillance 24 hours a day. Our key card system will allow you to enter the building at any time, and at the same time record all incoming and outgoing guests for added security.
The expansive and easily convertible space we have is roughly 4,500 square feet and includes a stage, making it the ideal venue for any event.
